*Trees and shrubs installed by World Outdoor Emporium West are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase for 100% of the original purchase price plus planting cost for the tree or shrub.

*Trees and shrubs installed by the customer are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase for 50% of the original purchase price.

*Annuals and perennials carry no warranty.

*One-time replacement only. Trees & Shrubs under warranty, are refunded in the form of a store credit towards the replacement item.
